【摘 要】目的：探索接受欣母沛治疗的宫缩乏力性产后出血患者实施护理干预的方法及效果。方法：宫缩乏力性产后出血患者80例随机分组，对照组40例均予以常规护理，研究组40例均接受综合性护理干预，效果对比。结果：研究组产后2h及24h出血量均显著性少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率显著超过对照组(P<0.05)。研究组各项生活质量评分情况均显著性超过对照组(P<0.05)。结论：欣母沛治疗的宫缩乏力性产后出血综合性护理干预可有效减少阴道流血量，提升生活质量，有助于改善预后。

    Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention in patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine fatigue treated with Xinmu Pei.Methods： 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and study group (40 cases) received comprehensive nursing intervention.Results：The blood loss at 2 h and 24 h postpartum in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
