【摘 要】目的：探讨骨科下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)患者预防肺栓塞的护理方法和效果。方法：选取我院收治的90例骨科下肢DVT患者，纳入时间为2017年1月～2018年12月。将其随机分成2组：常规护理45例作为对照组，预见性护理45例作为试验组，评定护理效果。结果：试验组肺栓塞发生1例(2.2%)，少于对照组的7例(15.6%)，差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意率为95.6%，高于对照组的80.0%，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：骨科下肢DVT患者实施预见性护理能降低肺栓塞发生风险、提高护理满意度，值得推广。
