【摘 要】目的：分析冷凝集素對血常规检查结果的具体影响情况并探讨相应处理对策。方法：将23份冷凝集血常规标本均分3份，A组直接上机检测并记录血常规各项指标检测结果，B组置于370C水浴中;C组置于370C水浴并加入稀释液。结果： A组血液标本镜检可知均存在红细胞大量聚集并形成块状物(100.00%)，B组血液标本镜检可知红细胞聚集形成块状物所占比例为47.83%，C组血液标本镜检未见红细胞聚集成块现象(0.00%)，均P<0.05;A组RBC、HCT、WBC最低，C组上述指标检测值最高(P<0.05);A组MCH、MCHC检测值最高，C组上述指标检测值最低(P<0.05)。结论：冷凝集素对血常规指标检测值具有明显影响，应用冷凝集血常规标本置于370C水浴并加入稀释液处理冷凝集血常规标本效果显著。
