【摘 要】目的：探究氯雷他定联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法：选择96例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿，采用随机数字表法将其分为两组。对照组经布地奈德治疗，观察组在此基础上经氯雷他定联合孟鲁司特钠治疗，再对比两组疗效。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽消失时间/哮喘持续时间/肺部哮鸣音消失时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘经氯雷他定联合孟鲁司特钠治疗，可有效改善其临床症状，效果显著。
