【摘 要】目的：判定甲状腺结节诊断中超声造影与细针穿刺细胞法相结合的应用效果;方法： 对象为64为甲状腺结节患者，对其单独采用细针穿刺术、超声造影及两种方法联合使用，探究其临床效果;结果： 甲状腺结节诊断的过程中，相较于单独使用细针穿刺术与超声造影，两种方法相互融合能够显著提升诊断结果的准确性。结论：超声造影在细针穿刺术中的应用能够显著提升甲状腺结节的诊断结果。
