探讨绩效优化管理与岗位个体化在门诊护理中的价值(1)
【摘 要】目的:评价探究探讨绩效优化管理与岗位个体化在门诊护理中的价值。方法:选择来我院门诊部中就诊的患者134例进行研究观察,按照就诊时间的不同将其分成观察组和对照组,每组各67例,对照组中的患者接受门诊常规护理管理,观察组中的患者接受绩效优化管理与岗位个体化的门诊护理,对比两组的工作质量评分、患者的满意度评分以及服务素质评分。结果:观察组患者对护理工作质量的评分、满意评分和服务素质的评分均显著高于对照组,组间差异对比有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在门诊护理中实施探讨绩效优化管理与岗位个体化管理模式的效果更突出,有助于优化临床护服务质量,进一步提升患者的满意评价。【关键词】绩效优化管理;岗位个体化;门诊护理
Abstract Objective:To evaluate and explore the value of performance optimization management and post individualization in outpatient nursing. Methods:134 patients who came to our outpatient department for study and observation were divided into observation group and control group according to the different time of consultation. Each group had 67 patients. The patients in control group received routine outpatient nursing management.
