【摘 要】：目的分析腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆结石的临床疗效及对患者肛门排气时间影响。方法对2018年1月-2018年12月我科接诊的81例胆结石患者进行电脑随机分组，对照组(40例)行开腹手术，试验组(41例)行腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗，对比疗效。结果试验组治疗总效率为97.56%，较对照组高12.56%，试验组患者术中出血量较对照组少，腹痛消失时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间较对照组短，试验组术后并发症发生概率为4.88%，较对照组低15.12%，数据组间差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆结石可明显提升临床疗效，缩短患者康复时间，减少术后并发症，临床价值显著。
