【摘 要】下肢力线是一个静态负重轴，在冠状位下肢全长X线上表现为从股骨头中心至踝关节中心的连线。它的精确测量受多种因素的影响，它与临床关系密切，特别是在人工膝关节置换及截骨矫形术的应用非常重要。本文对此进行综述，为临床提供参考。
