【摘 要】目的：此次研究分析在消毒供应室医疗器械清洗过程中采用碱性清洗剂对清洗质量的影响。方法：本次研究样本从本院消毒供应室选取200件医疗器械，研究时间从2017年2月开始，截至2019年2月，将2017年2月-2018年2月间采用多醇清洗剂清洗的100件医疗器械作为对照组，将2018年3月-2019年2月间采用碱性清洗剂的100件医疗器械作为实验组，对比两组清洗质量。结果：统计数据分析两组医疗器械清洗质量评分，研究得知，实验组医疗器械清洗质量评分较高，两组对比符合统计学标准(P<0.05)。结论：通过此次研究得知，在消毒供应室医疗器械清洗过程中采用碱性清洗剂，能明显对其清洗质量进行改善，经济成本也比较低。

    Abstract Objective： This study analyzed the effect of alkaline detergent on cleaning quality of medical instruments in disinfection supply room. METHODS： 200 medical instruments were selected from the disinfection supply room of our hospital. The research time was from February 2017 to February 2019. 100 medical instruments cleaned with polyol detergent from February 2017 to February 2018 were used as control group. 100 medical instruments cleaned with alkaline detergent from March 2018 to February 2019 were used as experimental group.
