【摘 要】目的：观察并讨论穴位敷贴治疗非小细胞肺癌相关性失眠的临床疗效。方法：将64例非小细胞肺癌并伴有失眠患者随机分为2组，治疗组(32例)行穴位敷贴治疗，对照组(32例)不做治疗。疗程均为2周。2组患者经治疗后分别对其临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)积分进行统计学分析。结果：治疗后，治疗组患者的PSQI总分低于治疗前(P<0.05)，对照组患者的PSQI总分无明显改善(P>0.05)，治疗组临床疗效好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：穴位敷贴治疗非小细胞肺癌相关性失眠临床效果佳，可改善患者睡眠质量。
