【摘 要】目的：观察甲钴胺联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)临床疗效。方法：60例经临床诊断为糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组，甲钴胺联合胰激肽原酶治疗组(治疗组)和甲钴胺治疗(对照组)，两组各30例，治疗组采用甲钴胺分散片0.5mg，每日三次，胰激肽原酶肠溶片120单位，每日三次治疗。对照组单用甲钴胺分散片0.5mg治疗，连续使用2周后評定疗效。结果：两组患者的神经症状和体征都得到改善，治疗组和对照组改善率分别为82.5%和67.5%，故治疗组改善更为明显。结论：甲钴胺联合胰激肽原酶疗效好，安全性高。
