【摘 要】目的：分析内镜粘膜下剥离术在上消化道早期癌和癌前病变中的应用效果。方法：从我院2016年1月-2018年7月收治上消化道早期癌和癌前病变患者中抽取108例，随机分成2组：53例对照组行内镜粘膜切除术，55例研究组行内镜粘膜下剥离术，统计2组手术结果。结果：研究组完整切除率比对照组高;并发症发生率、复发率比对照组低，差异显著(P<0.05)。术后1天、术后3天，研究组VAS评分均低于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：给予上消化道早期癌和癌前病变患者内镜粘膜下剥离术效果确切，可提高切除率、减少并发症、减轻疼痛程度，值得推广应用。
