【摘 要】：目的：探究分析左旋氨氯地平药理学及临床运用效果。方法：从我院2018年门诊治疗的高血压患者中随机抽取80例，采取双盲筛选法将其均分为对照组与观察组，分别接受氨氯地平及左旋氨氯地平两种治疗方法，对比两组临床效果。结果：观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：相比于氨氯地平，左旋氨氯地平药效显著，理应在临床上广泛推广。

    Abstract： Objective： To explore and analyze the pharmacological and clinical effects of levoamlodipine. Methods： 80 patients with hypertension were randomly selected from our hospital in 2018. They were divided into control group and observation group by double blind screening method. They were treated with amlodipine and levoamlodipine respectively.
