【摘 要】目的：探讨早期应用瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗急性心肌梗死的应用效果。方法：选取2017年3月-2019年3月我院58例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象，依据奇数偶数分配原则分为两组，对照组用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上用瑞舒伐他汀钙，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组所取得总有效率数值93.10%高于对照组数值75.86%，统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论：早期应用瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗急性心肌梗死的应用效果显著，值得应用。
