【摘 要】：目的：分析我院PIVAS中药注射剂不合理医嘱，促进合理用药。方法：回顾性统计分析我院PIVAS 2013年-2018年214组中药注射剂不合理医嘱。结果：不合理医嘱类型主要为溶媒选择(43.35%)、用药剂量(27.9%)、溶媒量(18.02%)，反馈纠正率100%。结论：严格按药品说明书使用，加强处方审核，能促进临床合理用药。
