【摘 要】：目的：探究严重眼体外伤采用玻璃切除联合手术治疗的临床疗效。方法：我院2017年8月～2018年8月在我院行玻璃体切除联合手术治疗的严重眼外伤患者42例作为研究对象。观察前后视力恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果：通过术后6个月随访，38眼(90.48%)例术后视力均提升，术后视力为0.01-0.6，其中29眼视力大于0.1有69.05%，其中4眼视力无变化，并对术后并发症及处理措施进行了分析总结。结论：针对严重眼外伤患者采用玻璃体切除联合手术治疗临床疗效显著，掌握时机及时治疗对患者视力恢复、减小并发症具有积极的意义，值得大力推广。
