【摘 要】：目的 观察胸科术后应用超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞的镇痛效果。方法 回顾性分析2019年2月-2019年5月期间我院120例行胸科手术患者的临床资料，应用超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞镇痛+静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)，设置为甲组，另回顾性分析2018年7月-2018年10月期间我院117例行胸科手术患者的临床资料，应用PCIA，设置为乙组。比较术后不同时间点两组疼痛情况，不良反应。结果 甲组术后0.5h、2h、8h疼痛数字量表(NRS)评分低于乙组，不良反应发生率低于乙组，差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胸科术后应用超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞可增强镇痛效果，且安全性高。

    Abstract Objective：To observe the analgesic effect of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block after thoracic surgery. Methods： The clinical data of 120 patients undergoing thoracic surgery in our hospital from February 2019 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Paravertebral nerve block analgesia and patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) guided by ultrasound were used in group A.
