【摘 要】目的：分析头昏头痛患者，疏血通注射液联合吡拉西坦注射液静脉滴注的疗效。方法：选2017年5月到2018年6月在我院住院治疗的120例以“头昏头痛”为主诉的患者，对照组患者使用疏血通进行治疗。治疗组则在对照组的基础上，再使用吡拉西坦联合治疗头昏头痛。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.67%，对照组总有效率为70.00%。两组患者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于头昏头痛患者使用吡拉西坦注射液联合疏血通注射液治疗，对于改善患者临床症状效果顯著，值得推广应用。
