【摘 要】：目的：分析对于Hp感染病活动性胃溃疡患者联合应用铝碳酸镁片及埃索美拉唑肠溶片的临床疗效。方法：抽取院内自2018年1月～2019年1月止诊治的84例Hp感染并活动性胃溃疡病人并以数字法随机分组。对照组患者单独以埃索美拉唑肠溶片治疗，观察组加用铝碳酸镁片治疗。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为97.62%，对照组为88.10%(P<0.05)观察组的药物不良反应率为4.76%，对照组为7.14%(P>0.05);观察组随访期间复发率为2.43%，对照组复发率为8.11%(P<0.05)。结论：对于Hp感染并活动性胃溃疡患者联合应用铝碳酸镁片与埃索美拉唑肠溶片可显著提升疗效并降低复发风险，且安全性较良好。
