【摘 要】：本文主要针对创伤患者探讨大量输血对患者凝血功能的影响。方法：随机选择在2018年1月-2019年1月期间在我院接受输血的严重创伤患者80例作为研究对象，平均把其分成两组，观察组和对照组各有40例患者，观察组患者的输血量远远高于对照组患者，然后比较两组患者输血治疗前后的凝血功能状况。结果：观察组患者在输血治疗后的凝血功能受到的负面影响比对照组患者大。

    ABSTRACT： This article mainly discusses the effect of massive blood transfusion on coagulation function in traumatic patients. Methods： 80 patients with severe trauma who received blood transfusion in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups on average. There were 40 patients in the observation group and the control group. The blood transfusion volume of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group. Then the blood coagulation of the two groups before and after blood transfusion was compared.
