【摘 要】目的：调查中国成都市大学附属综合医院护士生理工作负荷现状并分析原因。方法：使用生理工作负荷量表于2018年第一季度对成都市三所大学附属综合医院工作的304名护士进行问卷调查。结果：生理工作负荷得分为27.78(SD=10.25)。结论：成都市大学附属综合医院护士的生理工作负荷高于丹麦养老院女性工作人员，低于美国加尼福尼亚护士。中国护士面临较严重的机械装置缺乏，护士管理者应制定策略、配备相应器械以减轻护士生理工作负荷。
