【摘 要】目的：探究临床护理结合健康教育对喉癌患者的心理状态、生活质量的影响。方法：选取本院收治的喉癌患者44例为对象，根据不同护理方式进行分组，使用临床常规护理方法为常规组，临床护理结合健康教育护理为教育组，观察两组护理前后心理状态(HAMD)评分、与生活质量(QLQ-C30)评分、并发症发生情况。结果：护理后，两组的HAMD评分、QLQ-C30评分均有提高，教育组评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：临床护理结合健康教育可有效改善患者的心理状态，提高患者的生活质量。
