【摘 要】目的：分析脑瘫伴发癫痫患儿的康复护理效果。方法：本次对象为我院收治脑瘫伴发癫痫患儿65例，均采用康复护理，分析护理效果。结果：65例患儿癫痫发作率为4.6%，护理后的ADL评分比护理前高，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：给予脑瘫伴发癫痫患儿康复护理效果显著，有利于减少癫痫发作，提高生活能力，值得借鉴。
