【摘 要】重症肌无力危象是重症肌无力最常见和最危险的并发症，其主要的诱发因素为上呼吸道感染、激素冲击治疗、过渡疲劳、胸腺切除手术、情感创伤，严重威胁着患者的生命，积极预防和护理重症肌无力危象患者，能有效提高患者治愈率，减少病死率，改善患者生存质量。
