【摘 要】目的：探究手术室护理路径对老年髋关节置换术患者手术及术后的临床效果。方法：选择我院2018年3月-2018年10月收治的老年髋关节置换术患者为研究对象66例，分为研究组与对照组各33例。对照组行传统护理方法，研究组在传统护理下行手术室护理路径，比较两组临床效果。结果：研究组患者手术效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：手术室护理路径对老年髋关节置换术手术与术后效果良好。
