【摘 要】目的：分析脑瘤术后预防下肢深静脉血栓的护理对策。方法：抽取我院收治脑肿瘤患者52例，实施预防性护理，观察护理结果。结果：52例患者中，下肢深静脉血栓发生率为3.8%，护理满意率为98.1%。结论：在脑瘤患者手术后实施预防性护理干预，有助于预防下肢深静脉血栓形成，提高护理满意率，值得借鉴。
