【摘 要】目的：分析黄体酮联合固肾安胎丸治疗先兆流产的效果。方法：将我院收治的56例先兆流产患者按照用药不同分成对照组(行黄体酮治疗)、实验组(行黄体酮联合固肾安胎丸治疗)，各28例。比较两组治疗效果及孕酮、β-HCG水平。结果：与对照组相比，实验组治疗总有效率、孕酮、β-HCG水平更高，比较具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论：相比单纯黄体酮治疗，给予先兆流产患者黄体酮联合固肾安胎丸治疗效果更佳，可予以推广及应用。
