【摘 要】目的：探讨普拉克索联合多巴丝肼片治疗帕金森病的药学分析。方法：将46例帕金森患者作为研究对象，随机抽签分为参照组、研究组各23例。参照组患者使用多巴丝肼片治疗，研究组患者使用普拉克索联合多巴丝肼片联合治疗，整合两组治疗数据，并做药学分析。结果：研究组治疗总有效率95.65%明显优于参照组78.26%，p<0.05。结论：使用普拉克索联合多巴丝肼片联合治疗帕金森病，能够更有效的改善患者病情，安全性也更高，建议推广。
