【摘 要】目的：分析和探讨妇产科良性疾病查治中经陰道超声与腹部超声的运用。方法：选择从2018年7月-2019年6月在我院接受治疗的妇产科疾病患者90例为研究对象，经病理学检查及其它检查方法，90例患者均确诊。然后再对患者进行经阴道超声与腹部超声检查，观察和对比两种检查方法的诊断符合率。结果：经腹部超声检查总的诊断符合率为67.50%(54/90)，经阴道超声检查总的诊断符合率为93.33%(84/90)，比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在妇产科良性疾病查治中，经阴道超声检查的准确率高于腹部超声检查，可联合应用上述检查方法，提高诊断准确率。
