【摘 要】随着人们生活质量的不断提升，人们对医疗工作提出了更高的要求，医患关系紧张问题直接关系到医疗工作水平的提升，只有不断优化医患关系，才能确保各项医疗工作的顺利落实。当前，我国的医患关系紧张问题日益凸显出来，因此我国医疗制度革新工作迫在眉睫，为了进一步缓解紧张的医患关系，我们应该找出导致医患关系紧张的原因，然后提出优化方案。
