【摘 要】目的：探讨胆囊结石术后并发症的影响因素及预警性护理的效果。方法：在我院收治的胆囊结石患者中选取200例，起止时间是2017年3月～2019年6月。回顾临床资料，分析术后并发症的影响因素;然后实施预警性护理，评定护理效果。结果：胆囊颈部结石、周边组织粘连、胆囊壁厚度≤5cm，术后并发症发生率高(P<0.05)，视为危险因素。预警性护理实施后，术后并发症发生率降低、护理满意率提高(P<0.05)。结论：胆囊结石术后并发症的影响因素有胆囊颈部结石、周边组织粘连、胆囊壁厚度等，实施预警性护理能减少并发症发生，值得推广。
