【摘 要】目的：讨论并分析对股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者进行股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗的具体临床效果。方法：选择我院收治的20例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象，按照随机化原则将其均分为两组，其中观察组患者采取PFNA治疗方案，对照组患者采取股骨近端解剖板治疗方案，对比分析两组患者的平均手术时间。结果：观察组患者手术时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对于老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者来说，PFNA治疗方案可显著缩短其手术时间，减少出血量，利于术后恢复，治疗效果显著，可在临床上推广该治疗方案。
