【摘 要】目的：探讨高血压合并高血脂患者使用阿托伐他汀治疗的临床疗效。方法：将2018年3月至2019年3月我院收治的94例高血压合并高血脂患者纳入研究，以随机数表法将其平均分为两组：对照组患者接受常规治疗，观察组患者联合使用阿托伐他汀进行治疗。对比两组患者的用药效果差异。结果：两组患者入院检查是血压、血脂指标均相近(P>0.05);经过两个月的治疗后，两组患者的血压和血脂水平均下降，观察组患者的指标结果低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并高血脂能够有效降低患者的血压和血脂水平。
