【摘 要】目的：探讨盆底生物反馈及电刺激疗法联合阴道哑铃训练在盆底康复治疗中的效果。方法：在我院收治的盆底功能障碍患者中选取74例，按照入院编号分为2个小组：对照组37例，采用盆底生物反馈+电刺激疗法;试验组37例，联合阴道哑铃训练。评定治疗效果。结果：试验组总有效36例(97.3%)，高于对照组的30例(81.1%);治疗30d、60d后，试验组阴道肌电压均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针对盆底功能障碍患者，盆底生物反馈及电刺激疗法联合阴道哑铃训练疗效确切，可显著提升阴道和盆底肌力。
