【摘 要】目的：分析儿童哮喘患者应用布地奈德雾化吸入的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择2018年3月到2019年3月我科治疗的儿童哮喘患者84例为研究对象，随机分为对照组(n=42例)和实验组(n=42例)。对照组予常规治疗，实验组予布地奈德雾化吸入联合常规治疗，治疗7d后进行疗效评估，比较两组症状消失时间、安全性。结果：实验组治疗后各症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组与对照组治疗过程中不良反应发生率比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘能缩短症状消失时间，且药物安全性较高。

    Abstract： .study clinical effect and safety of budesonide aerosol inhalation in children with asthma. Methods：84 children with asthma from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group (n=42) and experimental group (n = 42). Control group was treated by routine treatment. Experimental group received budesonide aerosol inhalation and routine treatment.The curative effect of two groups was evaluated after 7 days.The disappearance time of symptoms and safety were compared between the two groups.Results： The disappearance time of each symptom in experimental group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion：budesonide atomization inhalation can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms in children with asthma ......
