【摘 要】随机选择我院重症监护病房的腹泻患者60例作为研究对象，通过调查研究找出患者肠内营养腹泻的引发原因，然后采取科学的护理方案实现患者腹泻的防控。结论：通过深入了解重症监护病房患者的肠内营养腹泻问题，并提出科学的护理方案，能够有效防控腹泻的发生。
