【摘 要】目的：提供全面的护理并分析神经外科危重病人的护理效果;方法：选择2018年3月至2019年3月在我院就诊的重度神经外科患者100例作为对照组对其进行分析。结果：观察组肺部感染发生率显着。低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量和护理满意度均明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：重症神经外科手术患者的综合护理可以有效改善患者的疾病症状，提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度。

    Abstract： objective： .To provide comprehensive nursing and analyze the nursing effect of critically ill patients in neurosurgery. Methods： 100 patients with severe neurosurgery who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the control group.
