【摘 要】目的：探析膝关节镜辅助微创手术治疗老年胫骨内侧平台骨折的效果。方法：随机选取我院于2019年3月～2019年6月接受手术治疗的60例老年胫骨侧平台骨折患者作为研究对象，应用数字的奇偶性将其具体分为对照组(25例)以及观察组(35例)，给予对照组患者相对常规的传统手术，而观察组则采用膝关节镜辅助微创手术，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：膝关节镜辅助微创手术的临床效果明显要优于传统手术。结论：通过两组老年胫骨侧平台骨折患者临床治疗效果的对比得出，膝关节镜辅助微创手术能够显著提高患者的临床治疗效果，相较于传统手术，膝关节镜辅助微创手术具备更高的技术性以及安全性。
