【摘 要】目的：研究应用外置解剖型跟骨锁定钢板在跟骨骨折患者中的具体临床使用效果。方法：随机抽取我院2019年1月～2019年4月收治的80例应用外置解剖型跟骨锁定钢板治疗的跟骨骨折患者，按照住院顺序将其平均分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者运用常规护理干预，而观察组患者需要采用综合护理干预措施，对比两组患者临床使用效果、护理满意度以并发症发生率等。结果：运用综合护理干预的观察组跟骨骨折患者的护理满意度为98.67%，而对照组患者的护理满意度为76.89%，观察组数据优于对照组患者，组间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论：针对跟骨骨折患者采用综合护理干预可以提升治疗效果。
