【摘 要】目的：探讨全程护理干预在下肢丹毒患者中的应用效果。方法：在我院收治的下肢丹毒患者中选取56例，起止时间是2017年3月～2019年6月。按照入院编号分成2个小组：常规护理28例作为对照组，全程护理干预28例作为试验组，评定护理效果。结果：试验组对护理服务满意27例(96.4%)，高于对照组的21例(75.0%);试验组并发症出现2例(7.1%)，少于对照组的8例(28.6%)，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：下肢丹毒患者实施全程护理干预，能减少并发症发生、提高护理满意度，值得推广。
