【摘 要】目的：分析头孢唑肟钠药物不良反应。方法：研究时间2018年1月份-2019年4月份，头孢唑肟钠药物应用发生不良反应24例为研究对象，采用回顾性分析方法，对不良反应发生患者发生时间，累及系统-器官情况进行统计分析。结果：不良反应对患者的累及系统-器官的影响中，全身性损害占29.17%，皮肤损害占33.33%。患者用药后不良反应发生时间在21-30分钟的发生率为50.00%，其次为11-20分钟发生率29.17%，显著高于其他时间段。结论：头孢唑肟钠药物不良反应一般主要发生在用药21-30分钟，此阶段应作为重点监测时间;同时头孢唑肟钠药物不良反应主要以全身性损害为主，做好预防，提高用药安全。
