    【摘 要】目的：分析MRI在直肠肛管周围脓肿及肛瘘早期诊断中的价值。方法：选取我院2018年6月～2019年6月收治的直肠肛管周围脓肿及肛瘘患者30例，均同时接受直肠指诊和MRI检查，对比两种检查方式的脓肿病灶及类型、肛瘘内口数目检出率。结果：MRI检查的括约肌间型、括约肌外型和经括约肌型的脓肿检出率高于直肠指诊(P<0.05);MRI检查的脓肿病灶及肛瘘内口检出率均高于直肠指诊(P<0.05)。结论：MRI在直肠肛管周围脓肿及肛瘘早期诊断中有重要价值，可有效提高脓肿病灶及肛瘘内口检出率，值得应用。
