    【摘 要】目的：重构护理学专业的实践教学体系。方法：选择目前国内部分院校护理专业的培养方案，对毕业生进行了系统调查，调查结果表明：护理学专业培养出来的本科毕业生动手能力差，基本科研能力非常薄弱，不适应医院及相关用人单位的需要。要培养出信息化社会需要的应用型护理人才，护理学专业实践教学体系研究非常重要。结论：文章分析了产生这种现象的原因，也提出了构建实践教学体系的策略。

    Abstract Objective： To reconstruct the practical teaching system of nursing specialty.Methods：Selecting the current training programs of nursing specialty in some colleges and universities in China， the graduates were investigated systematically. The results showed that the undergraduate graduates trained in nursing specialty had poor practical ability， weak basic scientific research ability， and could not meet the needs of hospitals and related employers. In order to cultivate the applied nursing talents needed by the information society， it is very important to study the practical teaching system of nursing specialty.Conclusion：This paper analyses the causes of this phenomenon， and puts forward the strategies of constructing practical teaching system.
