    【摘 要】：目的：分析儿童哮喘患者应用布地奈德雾化吸入的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择2018年3月到2019年3月我科治疗的儿童哮喘患者84例为研究对象，随机分为对照组(n=42例)和实验组(n=42例)。对照组予常规治疗，实验组予布地奈德雾化吸入联合常规治疗，治疗7d后进行疗效评估，比较两组症状消失时间、安全性。结果：实验组治疗后各症状消失时间均短于对照组(P0.05)。结论：布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘能缩短症状消失时间，且药物安全性较高。

    Abstract： Objective： To study clinical effect and safety of budesonide aerosol inhalation in children with asthma. Methods：84 children with asthma from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group (n=42) and experimental group (n = 42). Control group was treated by routine treatment. Experimental group received budesonide aerosol inhalation and routine treatment.The curative effect of two groups was evaluated after 7 days.The disappearance time of symptoms and safety were compared between the two groups.Results： The disappearance time of each symptom in experimental group was shorter than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion：budesonide atomization inhalation can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms in children with asthma ......
