    【摘 要】目的：分析小切口开窗术治疗腰椎管狭窄合并腰椎间盘突出症的临床作用。方法：在我院患者中选取2018年4月-2019年4月共120例腰椎管狭窄合并腰椎间盘突出症患者作为此次研究对象，电脑随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统术式治疗，实验组采取小切口开窗术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗结果。结果：实验组患者的切口长度和住院时间和出血量低于对照组;实验组患者的术后的VAS评分低于对照组;实验组患者术后的JOA评分高于对照组，P 均<0.05具有统计学意义。结论：在临床采用小切口开窗术治疗腰椎管狭窄合并腰椎间盘突出症可以减少患者手术切口长度、住院时间和出血量，降低疼痛度，提升患者的腰椎神经功能恢复效果。小切口开窗术在对腰椎管狭窄合并腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗中具有推广价值。
