【摘 要】目的：对Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管治疗在产后出血中的应用效果进行分析。方法：选取在我院生产且产后出血的44例患者分为对照组与研究组，分别予以常规方法、Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管进行治疗，对比治疗效果。结果：与对照组比较，研究组治疗优良率较高，且止血时间、出血量、治疗后血红蛋白下降水平、总不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论：Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管治疗产后出血的效果较好，更具有操作方便、安全性高等优势，值得推广。
