    【摘 要】：目的：就中西医结合康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫临床疗效进行研究、分析。方法：本次入选人员均选自2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者，对其实施中西医结合康复治疗。结果：脑卒中偏瘫患者接受中西医结合康复治疗后，其临床症状改善明显，各临床指标评分呈良好状态。结论：针对脑卒中偏瘫患者而言，对其中西医结合康复治疗，效果明显，值得进一步推广、应用。

    Abstract： objective： to study and analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia. Methods： the participants were selected from stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020， and received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation treatment. Results： the clinical symptoms of stroke patients with hemiplegia improved obviously and the scores of clinical indicators were in good condition after receiving rehabilitation treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
