【摘 要】：在疫情爆发的情况下，迅速隔离传染源和密切接触者，是非常重要的一个环节。由于患者的道德风险、信息不对称以及活动轨迹的不确定性，疾病防控处于较为被动的局面。借鉴银行大数据风控防范理念，初步构想了一个传染病防控系统，主要用于追踪病例、密切接触者、判断人员风险以及紧急情况下的人员流动管理，以提高迅速疫情响应能力，减少基层重复劳动压力，减少人员欺诈行为，尽量提示或隔离高危人群。
