【摘 要】目的：分析细节护理管理模式用于手术室医院内感染控制效果。方法：抽选2019年1月至2020年3月于本院行手术治疗的134例患者视为研究对象。参照组67例行常规护理管理，研究组67例行细节护理管理，对比患者的医院内感染发生率及护理满意率。结果：参照组院内感染的发生率相对较高(p<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意率是98.51%，参照组患者的护理满意率是83.58%，研究組护理满意率相对较高(p<0.05)。结论：细节护理管理能够降低手术室医院内感染的发生率，提高患者的护理满意率，护理效果较好。
