【摘 要】目的：探讨对缺血性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者实施早期综合护理干预的价值。方法：选取82例患者并随机分成研究组与对照组每组各41例，对照组予以常规护理干预，研究组予以早期综合护理干预，对比两组干预效果。结果：研究组护理总有效率为95.12%，显著高于对照组80.49%的总有效率(P<0.05)。结论：对缺血性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者，实施早期综合护理干预可取得满意效果，值得推广应用。
